Shelby Cook is the daughter of John and Brooke Cook of Huntsville. She is a 2020 Graduate of Huntsville High School and a freshman at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith. Cook won a $7,000 scholarship courtesy of the Miss Arkansas and Miss America Organization and more than $25,000 in awards, wardrobe and gifts. |
